RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns and exchanges depend on who completed the sale. VENERIS ROYALE's role is to curate discovery and provide a clear route to purchase. The retailer, marketplace or brand that completes the transaction normally controls its return and exchange rules.
Purchases made through an external marketplace or retailer
If you purchased through a marketplace or retailer linked from VENERIS ROYALE, please initiate the return or exchange directly with that seller using the order-management or customer-care process provided by them. Their published policy will determine eligibility, time limits, condition requirements, exclusions and return shipping arrangements.
Direct VENERIS ROYALE purchases
If VENERIS ROYALE directly sells a product through this website, the applicable product page or checkout will identify the relevant return terms. Unless a product-specific policy states otherwise, customers should contact us promptly after delivery with the order number and reason for return.
- Items may need to be unused, unworn and in original condition.
- Original packaging, certificates, tags and accessories may be required.
- Personalised, made-to-order, hygiene-sensitive or otherwise excluded products may not be returnable except where required by law.
- Products damaged after delivery through misuse or ordinary wear may be excluded.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, materially different from its description or incorrect, please contact the seller promptly and retain the packaging, photographs and supporting information. Where the purchase was made through a marketplace, the marketplace's dispute and return process should normally be used.
Exchanges
An exchange is not automatically available for every product. Availability, size, colour, inventory and the seller's policy determine whether an exchange can be offered.
